Trust Center

Organizations trust InfraNet with information that matters.

From compliance records and workplace investigations to leave administration and operational workflows — we understand the gravity of protecting customer information and maintaining reliable services.

This Trust Center is designed to be a single, transparent resource for understanding how we protect your data, govern our platform, and hold ourselves accountable.

Our Philosophy

Trust Through Transparency

InfraNet was built on a simple idea: important work should not depend on memory. Organizations often already have the information they need to manage compliance, safety, leave, investigations, and workforce operations. The challenge is maintaining visibility, accountability, and follow-through across fragmented systems and disconnected teams.

We believe that trust is earned through transparency. That is why our policies are public, written in plain language, and kept current. That is why we document our controls, share our practices, and invite scrutiny. We hold ourselves to the same standard we help our customers meet.

When we say “trust us,” we do not ask you to take our word for it. We ask you to read our policies, examine our practices, and judge for yourself. Every document in this Trust Center is accessible without a login, without a nondisclosure agreement, and without a sales conversation.

What We Protect

The Information We Protect

InfraNet's platform handles a broad range of sensitive workforce data. Understanding what we protect helps contextualize the controls we have in place.

Workers' Compensation Records

Claims data, medical records, indemnity payments, litigation tracking, and return-to-work documentation. These records often span years and involve sensitive personal health information.

Leave and Accommodation Records

Medical certifications, interactive process documentation, accommodation determinations, FMLA leave records, ADA accommodation requests, PWFA discussions, and disability leave paperwork. These records involve both medical information and employment rights.

Workplace Investigation Files

Employee complaints, interview notes, evidence documentation, disciplinary decisions, and resolution records. These files may contain highly sensitive personnel matters with legal implications.

Safety and Incident Records

OSHA 300 logs, 300A summaries, incident reports, near-miss documentation, and corrective action plans. These records directly impact regulatory compliance and workplace safety programs.

Employee and HR Operational Data

Organizational charts, role assignments, training records, credentialing documentation, and operational workflows. This data underpins day-to-day HR operations.

Protecting this information requires more than a checkbox approach to security. It requires deliberate design, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.

How We Protect Your Information

Security, privacy, and reliability are not afterthoughts.

They are foundational to how we design, build, and operate our platform. Our approach is organized across several domains.

Security

InfraNet is committed to protecting customer information through responsible security practices, operational controls, and continuous improvement. Our security program is built on established principles:

  • Least Privilege Access — role-based controls so users see only what their responsibilities require.
  • Defense in Depth — authentication, access restrictions, infrastructure security, monitoring, and procedural safeguards layered together.
  • Continuous Improvement — regular reviews, third-party assessments, and updates as threats and best practices evolve.

Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and handle it responsibly throughout its lifecycle. Our Privacy Policy covers the types of information we collect and why, how we use and store data, choices available to customers and employees, retention and deletion practices, and your rights regarding your information.

We do not sell customer data. We do not mine customer data for our own purposes. Customer organizations maintain ownership and control of their data at all times.

Accessibility

InfraNet believes technology should be accessible to all users, regardless of ability, assistive technology, or method of interaction. We are committed to meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across the platform and continuously improving accessibility.

Our efforts include keyboard-accessible navigation, visible focus indicators, meaningful heading structures, sufficient color contrast, screen reader compatibility, descriptive alternative text, and responsive layouts. We regularly test and evaluate the platform to identify and address issues.

Data Management

Customer organizations maintain ownership and control of their data. InfraNet provides tools and safeguards to support responsible information management. Our Data Retention Policy documents how long different types of data are retained, the criteria used to determine retention periods, and processes for secure deletion when data is no longer needed.

Data management requirements vary across industries, jurisdictions, and organizational policies. Our platform supports flexible data governance while maintaining compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Platform Governance

InfraNet maintains policies and standards designed to support secure, reliable, and responsible use of the platform. Our Terms of Service establish the legal framework for using InfraNet, while our Acceptable Use Policy defines the standards of conduct expected of users.

These policies are reviewed regularly and updated as needed to reflect changes in our platform, legal requirements, and industry best practices. Clear, enforceable governance policies benefit everyone who uses the platform.

Infrastructure & Reliability

Operational continuity is at the core of how InfraNet operates. We work to maintain service availability and recover efficiently from unexpected events. Our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan addresses cloud infrastructure outages, data center disruptions, network failures, security incidents, software deployment failures, and other operational events.

We leverage trusted cloud infrastructure providers with physical, environmental, and operational security controls. Backup and recovery processes support restoration of critical systems and customer information. Monitoring and alerting help us detect and respond to issues quickly.

Compliance Philosophy

The same standard we help our customers meet.

InfraNet was built on a simple idea: important work should not depend on memory.

Organizations often have the information they need. The challenge is maintaining visibility, accountability, and follow-through.

Our policies, controls, and operational practices are designed to support that mission. We hold ourselves to the same standard we help our customers meet.

This philosophy extends beyond our product into how we operate as a company. We document our practices. We make them public. We invite review. We treat compliance not as a burden to be minimized but as a responsibility to be embraced.

Partnership

Shared Responsibility

Security and compliance are not something a vendor can deliver alone. They require partnership between InfraNet and the organizations that use our platform.

What InfraNet is responsible for

Platform security, infrastructure protection, data encryption, access controls, monitoring and logging, incident response, business continuity, and maintaining transparent policies and practices.

What customers are responsible for

Managing user access and permissions, using strong passwords and enabling multi-factor authentication, reviewing permissions regularly, protecting endpoint devices, following internal record retention requirements, and reporting suspected security incidents promptly.

We provide the tools, the controls, and the transparency. Customers provide the governance, the oversight, and the operational practices within their organizations.

Ongoing Commitment

Continuous Improvement

Trust is not established once and maintained automatically. It requires ongoing effort, regular review, and a willingness to improve.

InfraNet regularly reviews its security controls, operational processes, and policy framework. Lessons learned from incidents, testing activities, customer feedback, and operational reviews are used to strengthen our practices. As the platform grows, additional security initiatives, assessments, and certifications may be pursued to strengthen customer trust and operational maturity.

Our policies include “Last Updated” dates so you can see when they were most recently reviewed. We encourage customers and prospective customers to check back periodically and to reach out with questions.

Policy Documents

Everything in Writing, Always

All of our policies are public, plain-language, and kept current. You will never need to sign an NDA or schedule a sales call to read our security practices or privacy commitments.
